Every piece holds two things at once. A colour split down the middle. A raw edge beside a sealed one. A shape borrowed from something old, remade by a hand working today. That same duality carries into how each piece is used, made to hold food at one gathering, then passed on to hold something else entirely at the next. Every piece is shaped by hand. Gentle curves, subtle variations, the mark of a maker rather than a machine: this is what makes them feel made, not manufactured.

Homemade by Side Serve
Named for the mother of an empire.
Aurelia takes her name from the mother of Julius Caesar, a woman of quiet influence in a household built on marble and grandeur. Her shape borrows from the cornices that lined the palaces of Rome, the ornate, scalloped edge carved into stone long before it was pressed into clay.
Finished in Bisque, fired hot and left sealed rather than glazed, the surface stays entirely raw, shown exactly as the kiln made it. Handbuilt by hand, the edge moves in soft, undulating waves that never repeat the same way twice.
The foundation piece of the Homemade collection, built to sit at the centre of one table before moving on to the next. Available across a growing range of clays and glazes, with the option to build a table entirely in Aurelia or mix it through the wider collection.

Homemade by Side Serve
Two halves. One bowl. Entirely its own thing.
True to their name, the Gemini Bowls are a study in duality. One half finished in a rich matte black glaze, the other left raw, speckled and sealed. Contradictory, magnetic and a little unpredictable, just like the sign they're named for.
Each bowl is handbuilt over form molds by Sabrina's own hands, made from a speckled clay sourced and milled in Western Australia. The freeform rims are pinched and shaped finger by finger, leaving a quiet imprint of the maker in every edge. No two are identical.
The large bowl is made for generous pasta servings, shared sides and seasonal salads that invite everyone to lean in.
The small bowl ideal for canapés in the palm of a hand, olives, or freshly grated parmesan at the table.

Homemade by Side Serve
Light, let in on its own terms.
Named for the slatted blind, the kind that breaks a room into bands of light and shadow rather than letting it all in at once. Venetian does the same in clay, taped and dipped in a matte black glaze so the pattern falls in clean, even stripes.
Made from a speckled stoneware, only the black bands are glazed, the pale ground stays sealed and raw, left exactly as the kiln made it. Handbuilt by hand, so no two plates line up their stripes quite the same way.

Homemade by Side Serve
The twin who stayed mortal.
Named for one half of the Gemini myth, the twin born mortal while his brother Pollux lived forever. Where Gemini holds both halves of that duality in one bowl, Castor carries it forward alone, finished entirely in the same matte black glaze as its sibling bowls, single-toned and quietly grounded.
Built in stoneware, dipped in the same glaze used across the Gemini Bowls, so the finish carries straight through the family without needing its own story.
Small in scale, built for a single indulgence, dips, dark chocolate, or anything that wants a bit of drama on the table.

A pattern lifted from palace walls.
Óvalo takes its name from its shape, Spanish for oval, a smaller counterpart to the long, generous platters that once carried whole courses at grand formal tables, set in silver service. Designed as a side plate, so everyone at the table gets their own piece of the banquet at their setting, rather than reaching for the platter alone. Sangria borrows its check from azulejo tilework, the glazed geometric tiles that lined the walls of Spain's royal palaces and churches, laid over a shape still built to carry silver's quiet formality. The tile's warmth against the platter's clinical line, colour and metal meeting in the one piece.
Each line is masked in tape, glazed over, then pulled away to reveal a crisp, even grid, a technique that trades freehand painting for something closer to precision, without ever feeling machine-made.

Fire's other name.
Named for its clay, a naturally iron-rich stoneware, its depth of colour comes from the earth itself, not a glaze laid over the top.
Quarried and milled right here in Western Australia, fired in oxidation and left sealed rather than glazed, Brimstone stays true to what the mineral gave it, a deep, consistent charcoal from piece to piece. Handbuilt by hand, the edge moves in the same soft, undulating waves as Aurelia, no two plates catching the light the same way.
Aurelia's counterpart in the Homemade collection, built from the same mold, entirely its own material.
